Lisa Stewart
Chief Executive Officer
Lisa Stewart became Chief Executive Officer of Sheridan Production Partners in September 2006 after two and one-half years as President of El Paso E&P, where she oversaw the restructuring of that firm's business to focus on capital efficiency and returns, and its exit from international power and other non-regulated businesses to concentrate on El Paso's two main business segments.
Prior to El Paso, Stewart served 20 years with Apache Corporation starting in 1984. She began as a reservoir engineer in the Mid-Continent Region office in Tulsa, Oklahoma, then joined the corporate staff in 1988, where she quickly assumed management of the company's reserves and acquisition evaluations. She was promoted to Vice President of Technical Services in 1995 and to Vice President of Business Development and E&P Services in 1997. Her last position was Executive Vice President of Business Development and E&P Services, responsible for sourcing and negotiating M&A transactions; environmental, health and safety; reserves reporting; land administration and purchasing.
Stewart began her professional career with Cities Service Oil and Gas (now Occidental Petroleum) as a reservoir engineer. She holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from The University of Tulsa, where she is a member of the College of Engineering and Natural Sciences Hall of Fame. She is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and IPAA. |

Jim Bass
Executive Vice President
Chief Operating Officer
Jim Bass became Sheridan's Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in November 2006. He joined El Paso E&P in April 2005 as Senior Vice President, Texas Gulf Coast Region, where he led a significant turnaround, including the building of an opportunity portfolio that achieved consistent drilling results and production efficiency.
Prior to El Paso E&P, Bass spent 24 years with Apache Corporation, beginning as a geologist in the Mid-Continent Region and rising to Vice President of that area. He also held the Managing Director position for Apache's Australian operations and was Vice President of Exploration in the Gulf of Mexico Region.
Bass is active in industry affairs, having served on the Oklahoma Independent Producers Association Board (OIPA), the Oklahoma Energy Resources Board (OERB), and the Council of the Australian Petroleum Production and Exploration Association (APPEA). He also was Chairman of the APPEA Environmental Affairs Committee and a board member of the Australian Mines and Metals Association (AMMA). He holds a B.S. in Geology from Missouri State University and is a member of AAPG as a certified petroleum geologist. |

Eric Harry
Executive Vice President, Acquisitions
General Counsel
Eric Harry became Executive Vice President of Acquisitions and General Counsel of Sheridan in September 2006. Previously, he was with El Paso E&P, serving as Senior Vice President and General Counsel responsible for legal, regulatory and governmental affairs and for executing nearly $8 billion of acquisitions and divestitures during his two and one-half years at the company.
Prior to El Paso E&P, Harry was Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Apache Corporation in charge of the mergers and acquisitions, finance, corporate/ securities, oil and gas and employment sections of the legal department. In his nine years at Apache, Harry closed over $7 billion of acquisitions and divestitures, more than $4 billion of non-bank financings, and numerous multi-billion-dollar bank credit facilities. Before joining Apache in 1994, Harry was a partner at a Houston legal firm, specializing in corporate/securities law.
He holds a B.A. in Russian and Economics from Vanderbilt University, a J.D. specializing in corporate and securities law from the Vanderbilt School of Law and an M.B.A. from the Vanderbilt Graduate School of Business, concentrating in finance and accounting. |

Matt Assiff
Executive Vice President
Chief Financial Officer
Matt Assiff serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer with overall responsibility for Sheridan's finance organization, including accounting, treasury, tax, planning, investor relations and information technology, with a particular emphasis on capital market activities. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Quantum Resources Management, LLC, from September 2009 to August 2010.
For over seven years prior to joining Quantum Resources, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Copano Energy, L.L.C., a publicly traded, Houston-based midstream natural gas company with operations in Oklahoma, Texas, Wyoming and Louisiana. Before Copano, he served as Vice President in the Global Energy Group of Credit Suisse and was with Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette (prior to its purchase by Credit Suisse in 2000).
Assiff began his career in 1989 with Goldman, Sachs & Co. in the Mergers & Acquisitions group focusing on energy transactions. He later worked in finance and mergers and acquisitions at Bear Stearns, Chemical Securities (now J.P. Morgan), Landmark Graphics Company and Compaq Computer Corporation. He holds a B.A. from Columbia University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. Assiff is a member of the Board of Visitors of Columbia College, Columbia University, and of the Board of Directors of the Houston Museum of Natural Science. He has served on the Board of Directors and as Treasurer of the National Association of Publicly Traded Partnerships. |
